Ashok Kumar Gupta | FCA, B.Com | Managing Partner / Founder
Ashok Kumar Gupta is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate in commerce from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. He has dedicated more than 25 years in the field of audit, taxation and legal advisory services. He has had a distinguished record in helping clients in a wide range of industries from retail, service, real estate, manufacturing, energy, finance and not-for-profit.
Kshitiz Gupta | ACA, CS(Final), B.Com | Partner
Kshitiz Gupta is a young Chartered Accountant. He has also topped Company Sectretaries Final exams (conducted by the Insititute of Company Secretaries of India) by securing an All India 14th rank. Apart from this, he is also a graduate from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. Prior to joining the firm, Kshitiz has worked for about an year with BMR Advisors Pvt Ltd, a leading consulting firm in India, with a major clientele of companies listed in the “Fortune – 500″ list. He has worked as an associate in the Indirect Tax department and has a sound knowledge of service tax advisory ad Customs litigations and clearances.
Here, he is looking after the Indirect Taxation matters and Companies related issues.
Sapna Gupta | ACA, LLB, B.Com | Partner
Sapna Gupta is a Chartered Accountant since year 2005. Apart from being a CA, she is also a Law Graduate from Rajasthan University, Jaipur and has also done her graduation in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
She handles the Mumbai Operations of the office and has an expertise knowledge of legal matters and Cost Accountancy.
